What is the Air Suspension Air Compressor all about?
A device that compresses and pressurizes air. Used to inflate air springs.
An Air Suspension Compressor also called Air Compressor or Air Pump, inflates or deflates air spring bags as necessary. When a vehicle with air suspension drops below the factory-defined height, the air suspension compressor, also simply called an air compressor or air pump is activated and inflates the air bags or air struts.
Operation and installation manual of electronic air pump
1.When replacing a new air pump, please replace the matching relay according to the corresponding model. If the relay is damaged and the air pump can not be disconnected
continuously, the motor or other plastic parts will be burnt out.
2.When the air pump is installed, the rubber damping pad, damping spring and other related parts on the bracket should not be less installed or omitted (the air pump is not equipped with parts). lf the parts are less installed or omitted, the air pump will work with high noise.
3.After the installation of the air pump, please check the valve, shock absorber, air storage tank, gas pipe connector and other related parts to be supplied for air leakage. Air leakage in the supplied part will affect the service life of the air pump.
4.Under the condition of normal use, the warranty period is one year.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
a.Damage caused by not following the above 1-3 instructions
b.The damage caused by improper operation or non quality factors of air inlet connector, power supply line, plug, air nozzle and other parts. Have refitted or replaced other parts of our company.
d. Water and dust in the cylinder lead to serious wear of piston ring and cylinder, and serious internal rust.
5. The air inlet filter element must be replaced and the air inlet pipe must be checked to see if it is clean.
